Kucoin attached a ludicrously small fee to a withdrawal transaction. It recorded as a success. It is stuck on the blockchain with no hope of being mined. Previous identical withdrawals have worked fine. I am totally unable to get any response except autoresponders saying "wait for help". It is well over 2 weeks now.

They steal your money, they will not allow you to withdraw... and they’re based in China ???????? so they can steal as much as they want & you can’t do anything ????

I bought some crypto via credit card through Simplex. I have yet to see my assets on the account. Over a month has passed every time I try to chat with someone they are not available or if I do reach someone they just say they are working on it. It is useless if you are trying to purchase crypto with standard exchange currency. I just want my money and I will be leaving Kucoin. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I am currently using Kucoin and have no problems. Withdrawals work fine, just make sure you read all the information. There are lots of pop-ups that want to guide you so you don't lose all your money.
You have low fees, and margin trading is the cheapest of all the other exchanges. Their support is good, and if you have any problem, you should head to their Reddit page and ask your question there. 100% you will get a response in a few hours.

I'm unhappy. I couldn't believe anyone can help me with my case. I couldn't believe I couldn't get my money back and started reading information on how to do it. That's sh-hole. So many times have ripped off on futures trades. When trade goes nicely , all of sudden trade closes, and closed position shows minus. It didnt even hit the SL or TP points. Just liquidates. Be aware guys. I am out of this hoke.

I have had nothing but great interactions with kucoin. I deal in small amounts (less than $1000) and I have never had a problem getting anything in or withdrawing. I have never needed to contact support, but let's be real - most customer support is nonexistent on exchanges. I'm also non KYC, so understand that. I wouldn't throw thousands or more dollars into any exchange I wasn't KYC'd. They are my go to for pretty much any coin Coinbase doesn't have. I've made about $4000 in trades (deposits and withdrawals) over the last 2 months and have never experienced anything negative.

I used Kucoin and i deposited BAT tokens from my brave browser and it only took 15 MINITUES!!
I did some futures trading and there was no problems, loads of people are calling it a scam but i they didn't do anything malicious with my money. Infact many people who have rated this 1 Star probably haven't even done KYC! I will keep on trading with Kucoin as they are a great Exchange with an AMAZING selection of altcoins, 300 which is 150 more than BINANCE!!

to all those people that got locked out of the account , don't disable the email for fast withdraw . I was disabling my email for fast withdraw turned out you can't login from email too , luckily i have the phone to log in , and then reenable the email.

I made a withdrawal at 9 am on 9 April 2021 24hrs has passed, my withdrawal hasn't gone through yet. I'm very much disappointed in Kucoin.

I tried to set up an account with Kucoin, so I could make a few trades with coins not listed on my regular exchange. During setting up the account I forgot the trading password, I tried to contact support, but no reply, this was over a month ago. Now I can't trade or withdraw my crypto. Not happy with their service at all and would strongly recommend NOT using this exchange.
